UL standard wooden fireproof doors are most sold, so our door’s fire rating time range from 0 to maximum 90 minutes. Different fire rating time determine different core. Lower than 20 minutes, including 20 minutes wood doors are filled with particle board as core, while more than 20 minutes are filled with mineral material. To some extent, a higher standard wood fire door would be more expensive and heavier than a lower one. As a result, taking careful consideration before your every choice would be better.

Another elements you need to tell us in advance is door size, because it will also affect the price greatly. Regular maximum size could reach to 4’0″ x 8’0″ for single slab and 8’0″ x 8’0″ for double slabs. Customized size is available if you want some uncommon size or ultra high size. The price could increased more than in conventional range. If you misunderstand slab size or opening size is okay, because we will prepare a shop drawing for you, then you could find slab size, opening size, frame size and everything you want. Adjustment would be easy to do according to your actual situation.

Hardware on wood fire doors are abundant and various, so that you could find almost all types of hardware from our market. But if you have your own hardware to use, you could also choose doors from us, because of available cutout service from us. You could ask for a opening and hole drawing from your hardware factory, then we will do cutout on our doors for your on-site installation. No worry if the opening hole will not match, we will also prepare drawing showing the cutout location and size, in order to suit your demands.
